First steps with Gladys Zigbee

I don’t know if I’m posting in the right place Happy owner of a mini PC kit, I bought the Sonhiff USB Zigbee dongle (sonhiff), a few IKEA Zigbee devices, everything seems fine on the web configuration side but my Zigbee scans return nothing. The same with my presence tests via LAN Manager even though I can ping my phone and my wife’s. I installed Ubuntu 24 LTS. Have you put your Zigbee devices into pairing mode?
I explain in the training how to do it.

For example, for IKEA bulbs, it’s done here:

Otherwise, did you start the pairing?

Yes, for the temperature sensor it’s quite easy: 4 presses and you can see the pairing symbol blinking

And the interface port 12000 is OK

Strangely, in the zigbee2MQTT serial port settings this doesn’t seem to match my Gladys configuration — is that normal?

Yes, that’s normal — the mapping of the correct USB port is done in the Docker configuration.
Have you enabled pairing here?

@nouzille, your pairing is not active, when you click on it you should see this :

and only then can you pair it with your device.
