Issue activating the Zigbee2mqtt service

Thank you both for your help, unfortunately it didn’t work. I put the dongle back in the same USB port.
Just to be sure, I tried putting it in the other ports in case I made a mistake, but it doesn’t work on any port.
I tried to look at my logs, but there is an endless list that scrolls for several seconds.
Also, sorry, it’s a bit Chinese to me. Is there something I can do to help you understand what’s not working?

If you have a PC, test your key on it to make sure it’s not fried!

Maybe post the logs here (formatted well with the forum), we can tell you what it is

Thanks for your idea, I hadn’t thought of that. The key works on the PC. Great news, this isn’t from the key.

try that

@cce66 before deleting everything, let’s try to understand what’s happening.

Didn’t you try to tinker with a converter for the lixee TIC?

Without knowing what you did, it will be complicated to help you.

Hi,
yes indeed last week, I tried to put a converter for the lixee.

But it still worked after that.
However, indeed, this may be the cause.
Unfortunately, I am not at home and I no longer have the converter that I used.
Is there a way to remove only one device like for example the lixee?
Otherwise, I am 100% with you, I will not delete until we can find the solution. I don’t need Gladys right now, so we can debug quietly.
Let me know what you want me to do to move the project forward.
@+

Thank you very much, as you can read just below, I will try to make the most of this situation to grow the Gladys project with this kind of bug that others might encounter.
Have a nice day

In fact, your configuration file (zigbee2mqtt) refers to the converter lixee.js which does not exist.

Check in your settings if an entry exists (via the interface)

Or in the file /var/lib/gladysassistant/zigbee2mqtt/z2m/configuration.yml

Here is the content of the file

Here is the rest

I can’t get the Zigbee HTML page.

Does that ring a bell? I don’t know enough to see where the problem is.

Thanks for your help

Yes, you need to remove the last two lines (external_converter and the path to lixee.js)

After a quick reboot, it should work

Sorry for the delay in my response, I’m on vacation at the moment and I haven’t touched Gladys yesterday and the day before. You were right, a big thank you to you. I deleted the two lines and everything works perfectly again.

On the other hand, how can I do if I want to try to make the linky module work?

For now, no feature is compatible with gladys (there’s nothing generic on the linky side)

I’m looking into managing the mapping.

On the zigbee2mqtt side, it will arrive in the next release (currently on the dev branch)
