Hello, I recently bought a fingerbot on Ali. It’s properly recognized on MQTT but I have an issue: it presses the button even when I don’t ask it to. Any idea, any lead?

Do you mean it triggers randomly without you doing anything?
Unless you’ve created scenes that could explain this behavior, it just looks like a defective fingerbot. Ask for a replacement or a refund.
The problem is that if I disable it from z2mqtt it does nothing, but if I trigger a press at random it will go back down.
I’m not sure I understand. Did you manage to resolve the issue in the end?
