Zigbee2Mqt not working with my SONOFF Plus MG4 dongle

Hello, I’m new to GLADYS and to home automation in general so please be indulgent :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:.

I set up a Beelink S12 mini PC with Ubuntu and Gladys. I installed a SONOFF Zigbee/Thread USB Dongle | Dongle Plus MG24 - (original firmware = Zigbee coordinator) noted as compatible with Zigbee2MQTT.

When I start the Zigbee2MQTT integration I can see my Gladys = Started - MQTT = Started - Zigbee2MQTT started, however, while the Gladys / MQTT link is OK, the MQTT / Zigbee2MQTT link does not work, I have a red cross on it.

In the Zigbee2MQTT configuration, I have this.

Did you try the E instead of the P?

Well, that’s the downside of making several changes at the same time.. I had indeed tested the E with no result, but I think it was when my dongle was in MultiPAN. Now that it’s returned to its original configuration the E works.

Thanks… and sorry for not having double-checked that before bothering you.

I’ll do another test calmly to try to switch it to MultiPAN again to also

Thanks for the advice, I don’t have a Border router… So yes, I’ll wait :wink:

I tried to read the post you sent me — I think I understood about 10% :rofl::rofl:

For now I’m focusing on my Zigbee and trying to understand Node-RED :wink:
