Adjust the brightness and color temperature of a light bulb

Feature description
Allow the option ‹ vary brightness and/or temperature gradually over X minutes › in the action choices in scenes.
Currently, varying is very cumbersome because it requires a succession of brightness blocks at x % for x minute and that several times.

That’s a good idea, but I know that for some bulbs (I have ones like that) Zigbee2mqtt allows controlling a transition function, for example here:

Would supporting this feature address the issue? Or is something more complete needed?

Actually I think that on your side @b3n.0 your request is two requests at once:

  • a single box with all the settings for a light bulb
  • to include the concept of transition delay (which is the same thing as here, indeed)

Maybe the requests should be split?

Indeed, these are two different requests and they certainly do not require the same kind of expertise!

I’ll try to revise the post so that it only contains the grouping of features related to my request…
