Fake device 3 positions ou plus

Hello

After having searched around the forum a bit I can’t find a way to make a three-position button

but I understood that the trick will be to create a fake device

is it possible to create a fake device with 3 positions or more ??

the goal is to retrieve the info as a variable to know whether the scene should be executed or not

I won’t be able to answer you; you need to look through the features of an MQTT fake device to see if anything might match (I think so).

From there to inviting you to vote for this feature request… it’s only a short step! :grin: :grin:

@Prof_Techno If your goal is to implement a « heating mode », we actually have a heating mode feature ^^

So it’s not a heating mode but a configurable button

This lets me choose which heating mode I’m in

but it applies to all my radiators, not just a single one

We could then make a specific addition for heating with OFF-AUTO-ON as the command.

I think that a specific addition isn’t the best, but something where we can change the labels and add the appropriate links would be better.
