Scene icons to trigger scenes

I find the green « Start » button on the dashboard a bit out of place and redundant with the icon:

I understand the concept of « starting » a scene, but wouldn’t it be simpler and more elegant if the button were actually the icon:

I mainly use the Start button to test my scenes after creating them.
This also allows starting the scene while it is not activated.

Yes, but for me it only serves that purpose.
A scene can be triggered via

  • A trigger
  • Another scene
  • Or a virtual button on the dashboard.

This is done using the MQTT integration

Actually, sorry, but it seems quite complicated and I don’t feel up to doing it… I’m going back to my initial request :slight_smile:
