Airzone integration - not all temperatures are being reported

I have an Airzone and I integrated it into Gladys Assistant.

I don’t understand: I have an Airzone with 5 rooms and a TADO that allows me to control a separate Hitachi air conditioner (not Airzone).

When I integrated it into Gladys, it found everything. However, it only gives me the temperature of my veranda (TADO air conditioner) and my living room (room with my main Airzone zone). It finds my other 4 Airzone rooms but says « no temperature recorded recently. » I don’t know where to look.

Thanks for your help if any of you have an Airzone.

I’m looking into this. I don’t have the issue on my end (though I only have 3 pieces).

Well, I didn’t say anything: I had a series of 429 errors, but it was transparent to me because I only have a few devices. I released a version with a fix (1.1.2). If you’re still having issues, I’m happy to have you send me the logs.

I did the update but it’s the same

What’s weird is that it finds the 5 zones for me but only one temperature (it also finds the veranda zone which is not an Airzone zone).

I have this in the logs (I restarted Gladys so I think it’s normal that there are connection errors:

Hello, which API do you use, @Lokkye? The local API or the cloud API?

I thought I understood that the cloud API was going to become paid. :thinking:

That’s a good question: I admit I’m not sure, but I think I’m on the cloud API (which, indeed, will become paid).

How can I know if I’m on the cloud API or the local API?

If I understood correctly, this is the field that switches you to the local API and not the cloud. :thinking: (I looked at it diagonally, I don’t have an airzone)

So you have a gainable air conditioner?
What’s the difference with a split system? (It’s for my personal info, I’m interested for my place xD)

Indeed, I have a gainable unit.

In terms of performance, I’m not sure what the difference is, but there are only ceiling vents and no wall-mounted split unit. Aesthetically, I have no bulky equipment on the walls (just ceiling grilles).

Like many reversible air conditioners, it’s efficient in the summer for cooling but a bit limited in the winter when it’s very cold. But, well, given the current temperatures (I live in the southwest), I’m really glad to have it :wink: .

Then, my air conditioner is about ten years old, so I think the latest generations are more efficient.

I’ll just add (I also have a gainable in the southwest) that for me the big difference is also the auditory comfort: unless you put the fan on full blast, you don’t hear a gainable, whereas a Split is much more audible :+1:

Indeed, the gainable is completely silent (I’ve never had a split so I can’t judge).
