I’m having a problem since the Enedis app was restarted. After synchronizing my data with Enedys, I correctly retrieve the 7 days of consumption, but with each passing day I lose one day in the dashboard display and after 7 days I no longer have any data displayed. In summary I have to synchronize my Enedys data every 7 days.
Have I forgotten to check a box for data persistence?
Does anyone else have the same issue?

Ok, I’m looking into it. There are indeed synchronization issues with Enedis.

I saw quite a few 503 - Service Unavailable entries show up in the logs :confused: (Their API is unavailable)

I’ve restarted a manual sync of your account. It seems to be running, I’ll keep you posted

@Psoy the manual sync is finished for your account.

Can you go to Gladys Plus and in the Enedis integration click the « Synchronize with Gladys Plus » button in the « My meters » tab? :slight_smile:

Now I’m investigating what went wrong with the nightly sync.

To make sure everyone has data, I restarted a global sync for all users!

Yes, it’s normal :slight_smile: If there is a synchronization in progress, it is displayed, otherwise not
