Most popular Home Assistant integrations → candidates for Gladys external integrations

And to start the day off right, five more still free on the list:

  • Bambu Lab: Bambu 3D printers locally (progress, temperatures, pause, camera), continuation of the « 3D printing pack » after OctoPrint (blind)
  • Moonraker / Klipper: @AlexTrovato’s request, for Klipper printers (Voron, Creality K1…)
  • DWD: Official German weather alerts, for our friends across the Rhine
  • Gotify: Gladys notifications on your own Gotify server
  • Philips TV: Philips Android TVs, including Ambilight (blind)

(Edit: I initially noted Denon HEOS, but @lmilcent’s Denon / Marantz integration already controls HEOS, so no duplication.)

As usual, a thread in Development for each one as soon as it’s ready. A Bambu or a Philips TV at home? I’ll take testers

I just released the GitHub integration to track your repositories!

The five morning releases are out, each with its own thread in Development:

Moonraker and Gotify have been tested against real servers, DWD on real DWD data. Bambu Lab and Philips TV are waiting for your feedback on real hardware. With OctoPrint, it’s a little complete 3D printing pack

Bravo to you all, thank you for all these developments.

I started development for waste_collection_schedule

I started development on KNX

I’m taking the following, all still available on the list:

  • tado° (P1 #32): thermostats, heads, hot water and air conditioning, home presence, open window detection, with scene triggers/actions and widgets. Developed blindly with the tado « device code » connection flow: if you have a tado (V3+ or tado X), I’m looking for testers.
  • IFTTT (P1 #64): trigger IFTTT applets from scenes (Webhooks service) and, with Gladys Plus, launch a Gladys scene from IFTTT.
  • Tibber (P1 #40): price and price level, off-peak hours, consumption and cost, real-time power from the Pulse, energy contract for tracking. Testers in Norway, Sweden, Germany, or the Netherlands are welcome.
  • SNCB / NMBS (Belgium, via the public iRail API, no key): next departures by station, delays, cancellations, disruptions; in line with my Canadian transport integrations. STIB will follow.
  • Orange Livebox (P1 #103): presence of Wi-Fi devices, line status and speeds, guest Wi-Fi, missed calls, locally. Also developed blindly: a Development thread will open as soon as the first version is released, with a call for Livebox 4/5/6/7 testers.

Haha, I almost created a duplicate for the Livebox… I stopped just in time! :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m taking three still-free integrations (checked in the thread and in the store, I promise this time ):

  • SFR Box: line status (DSL or fiber), speeds, WAN, Wi-Fi, connected devices, and reboot, locally. Based on the official Home Assistant integration library.
  • Bbox (Bouygues Telecom): the same thing, via the official Bbox API, locally, plus missed calls if the box provides them.
  • UGREEN NAS (UGOS Pro): processor, memory, temperatures, volumes, and disks, with alerts in case of degraded volume or problematic disk.

The Livebox is with @lmilcent and the Freebox is with @Will_71, I won’t touch them. All three will be developed blindly: if you have an SFR Box, a Bbox, or a UGREEN NAS, I’m looking for testers :folded_hands:

I have a BBox, I will test it

All three have been released, each with their own thread in Development:

And by the way, for condominiums, OCEA Smart Building and ista Web’conso, at the request of @Jluc.

All five are in beta, developed without the hardware: testers are welcome :folded_hands:

This time I’m treating myself with integrations that are useful to me, even if they’re a bit more « niche »:

  • Tisséo: Next departures at my stops (metro, tram, bus, Linéo), disruptions, VélôToulouse bikes, and parking spaces, in line with TCL and IDFM
  • Toulouse Cultural Agenda: Evening and weekend outings in Toulouse, based on the open data of the Métropole
  • Unraid: Monitoring of my Unraid server (matrix, disks, parity, containers, VM)
  • EDF Zen Week-End: My energy contract, off-peak hours during the week, all weekend and public holidays, so that Gladys’ energy tracking calculates the right price

Toulousains, if you want to test the first two, let me know

Alright, a big batch to finish the day: I’m taking ten integrations still available from @pierre-gilles’ list (checked in this thread, in the store, and on GitHub, I promise):

  • UniFi Protect: cameras, doorbells, and detections (person, vehicle, animal) from the UniFi console, locally
  • SMLIGHT SLZB: status of Zigbee/Thread SLZB-06 coordinators and friends (temperatures, firmware, reboot)
  • SwitchBot (cloud API): Bot, curtains, locks, plugs, thermometers…
  • Android TV / Fire TV (ADB): the complement to my Android TV Remote, for Fire TV and everything the remote can’t do (current app, launch any app)
  • Fronius: solar production and energy flows from Fronius inverters, locally
  • VLC: control VLC and see what it’s playing
  • LIFX and Nanoleaf: to complete the lighting pack after WLED, WiZ, and Govee (with Nanoleaf panel touch gestures as triggers)
  • Renault / Dacia: battery, range, charging, and preheating (@ruegerth, your Dacia Spring interests me ^^)
  • Vigicrues: flood alert level and river height near you

They will all be on SDK 0.15 and in four languages from the start. Most are blind: if you have one of these devices, I’m looking for testers

I also updated all my modules to the latest SDK.

Great, looking forward to testing it!

I’m taking Verisure and Xbox.

And here they are, the ten are out, each with its thread in Development:

All on SDK 0.15, in four languages, including documentation. Vigicrues was tested on real data, VLC against a real VLC, ADB on my SHIELD, and the Renault connection against the real service. The others were developed blindly: if you have the hardware, your feedback would be greatly appreciated

By the way, SFR Box, Bbox, UGREEN NAS, OCEA and ista have also received the same update (documentation in German and Spanish, quieter logs): don’t forget to update them from Gladys.

And another ten more  This time I tried to aim for what covers the most people, even if it means taking big chunks. I’m taking (verified in the thread, the store, and on GitHub):

  • Modbus TCP: the « pivot » integration of the list. Heat pumps, inverters, meters, charging stations… with models ready for the most common devices, and read-only by default
  • Xiaomi MIoT: Xiaomi / Mi Home air purifiers, humidifiers, fans, plugs, and lamps, locally. The vacuum cleaners remain with @callemand and his Xiaomi Home, I’m not touching them
  • Midea and Gree: local air conditioners, including rebrands (Comfee, Inventor, Sinclair…). Together, they cover a large part of the split air conditioner market
  • Homematic IP (cloud): the number one home automation system in Germany
  • VeSync: Levoit air purifiers and humidifiers
  • Miele: home appliances, via the official API
  • iRobot Roomba and Braava, locally
  • Yamaha MusicCast and LinkPlay (WiiM, Arylic, Audio Pro…) for multiroom

(I also thought about MQTT discovery in Home Assistant format. It’s partly in the core since 4.86: sensors, switches, lights, shutters, locks, air conditioners, and buttons. Missing, for example, are vacuum cleaners (Valetudo), device triggers (remote controls), selectors, fans, or room presence (ESPresense). But an external integration would duplicate the core on the same messages: it would rather complement itself within Gladys itself.)

SDK 0.15 and four languages from the start, as usual. Almost all blindly: do you have a Midea or Gree air conditioner, a Roomba, Homematic, Miele? I take all testers

All four have been released, each with their own thread in Development:

  • Tisséo : upcoming departures, disruptions, and VélôToulouse stations
  • Toulouse Agenda : cultural events in Toulouse and the metropolitan area
  • Unraid
  • EDF Zen Week-End : contract models and public holidays for energy tracking (Gladys 5.2)

Two deviations from the announcement: no available parking spaces for park-and-ride lots (open data only provides their capacity), and the agenda mainly relies on OpenAgenda, the “So Toulouse” game by the Métropole no longer being updated since the end of 2025. Tisséo and the agenda run on real data, and Unraid is tested on my own server. Your feedback is welcome

Everything is said in the image! We were at 142 yesterday

For my part, I launched Flipr for pool sensors.
Then I would do hOn and OPNsense because I could test.
