Enedis data not showing up

Hello.

I activated data sharing with Enedis (see photo 3) and I received a confirmation email from them 2 days ago, but the data are not coming through (see photo 2) even though synchronization is taking place (see photo 1).

I have the same thing. I believe it’s addressed in another post.

However, if you click on « Consumption (kWh) Â» you should get the graph for the last few days, right?

Two small things to check:

:one: Enedis data

Enedis only returns data once per day, and it’s only possible to retrieve data from the previous day up to the most recent.

So, the “Last hour” view in the charts won’t show you anything with Enedis. You need to switch to a longer period, for example “Last month”.

:two: “Energy Monitoring” integration

For the charts to work correctly, the “Energy Monitoring” integration must also be configured.

I followed the tutorial for the “Energy tracking” integration, but it didn’t change anything :slightly_frowning_face:.
