Je l’ai installée, configuré mon accès Tapo et les identifiants RTSP de mes 8 caméras, et la phase de découverte s’est bien passée.
Mais quand je vais dans Appareils et que je veux définir la pièce, j’ai un souci : la première config de pièce se fait bien, et la deuxième config de pièce tourne en boucle, et c’est tout Gladys qui se retrouve indisponible (les dashboard ne s’affichent plus, les scènes cessent de se déclencher…). Je dois faire un docker container restart gladys pour m’en sortir.
Pas de logs étranges dans le container Gladys, et dans les logs de ton container, j’observe ça :

Est-ce qu’il y a quelque chose que je peux corriger de mon côté ? Est-ce à toi d’ajuster un truc dans l’extension ?
J’ai eu le même comportement sur une autre intégration externe lors du renommage de plusieurs device. Est-ce que ça vient de l’intégration ou du coeur ?

As tu activé le compte RTSP dans l’application TAPO?
Si c’est sur batterie et solaire, TAPO n’expose pas officiellement les images en RSTP. J’ai réussi en pasant par HTTP mais j’ai drastiquement limité les captures d’images sinon l’autonomie de la batterie descends trop vite, et le panneau solaire fourni avec la caméra ne suffit plus à la charger.

c’est déjà présent dans l’intégration, mais peut etre que ce n’est pas possible avec ta caméra. Il y a des paramètres dans l’intégration dédia au caméra batterie/solaire et il faut jouer sur les niveau de batterie et temps entre chaque requetes
La mise en veille permanente : La caméra dort 99 % du temps. Elle ne se réveille que quelques secondes lorsqu’un humain ou un véhicule passe devant son capteur thermique (PIR). Un flux HTTP demanderait une connexion ouverte continue, ce qui est incompatible avec ce fonctionnement. [1]
Le chiffrement natif : Les communications locales entre l’application officielle et la caméra à batterie passent par un protocole privé de TP-Link entièrement chiffré. Des développeurs tiers ont tenté de décoder ces flux (via des projets comme go2rtc ou Home Assistant), mais les modèles récents intègrent une sécurité renforcée (X-If-Encrypt) bloquant les requêtes HTTP traditionnelles. Hello Will_71, me revoilà et toujours des soucis avec mes caméras.
1 - les caméras sur batterie alimentation solaire Tapo C660 sont reconnus depuis l’intégration mais pas de flux, on sait pourquoi.
2 - en revanche j’ai aussi une caméra intérieure brancher sur le 220v, Tapo C230, bien reconnu depuis l’intégration, avec un compte de caméra paramétré, la compatibilité tierce activé et pourtant lors de la découverte j’ai uniquement la fonctionnalité caméra (image) qui remonte et malgré ça aucun flux, le message d’erreur est TAPO_CAMERA_IP_UNKNOWN. je crois avoir tout essayé et même lui spécifier l’IP…
3 - la sonnette Tapo D235 n’est pas découverte depuis l’intégration, je ne sais pas quoi faire ???
Rien de dramatique en soit mais ça me crispe. Si certains ont réussi avec ce type de matériel, je prends.

Pour l’instant je ne suis plus chez moi mais n’hésite pas à mettre les logs de l’intégration pour voir si on voit des erreurs ou autre qui pourrait m’aider à t’aiguiller.
Personnellement j’ai 3 caméras TAPO dont une sur batterie et les 3 fonctionnent donc y’a pas de raison sauf pour celle sur batterie qu’elle ne fonctionne pas chez toi.

Ok est ce que tu connais les adresses ip de ces caméras ?
Si oui je t’expliquerai comment les ajouter.
Le côté positif l’intégration voit tes 3 caméras.
Le principal problème c’est que je privilégie la requête locale pour interroger les caméra zt.le.cloud TAPO ne donne pas les adresses de tes caméra donc pas de solution aujourd’hui pour les.mettres automatiquement.
Et perso j’ai jamais essayé de récupérer le.flux des caméras depuis Internet. Y’a peut-être un ma’que ou bug de ce côté là.
Je ferais une passe sur l’intégration pour améliorer ca.
J’ai installé l’extension hier, et j’ai eu le même souci : j’ai renseigné les identifiants Tapo et la configuration rtsp, et les caméras sont bien détectées comme appareil. Mais en les ajoutant dans un dashboard, aucune image. Il faut en fait passer par la config manuelle de l’ip de chaque caméra pour que les images soient dispos sur le dashboard.
Pas grave en soi, mais l’UX de l’extension mériterait peut-être un ajustement pour éviter de tâtonner dans la config. Mais j’avoue ne pas trop savoir ce qui serait le mieux. Peut-être rendre obligatoire la config des IP ?
