Erratic user presences?

Hello

I’m trying to understand this phrase « absent in a few seconds »??

Same, sometimes it shows « absent for a few seconds » and then comes back now

while on the phone display there is no absence noted

For the second part I saw the answer in another thread so OK, the binary doesn’t work for presence
