Problem with Enedis integration

Hello @pierre-gilles
Following my call, clearly the people I spoke with don’t master this part of the link between Gladysplus and Enedis, I’m on my third one. Today’s reason:
" there has been an outage on the site for a month" « is that true? ». The person told me to wait and that it could last up to another month
@pierre-gilles, can you check my account to see if there are no anomalies, if this hasn’t already been done?
Do you have a specific contact to talk to at Enedis? because I go through customer service.

I can see my meter and my consumption with the options enabled.

I find it strange that the name Gladys Assistant doesn’t appear in our consents:

Enedis doc:

I deleted the meter on the Gladys side and retried giving consent but now I get a blank page when consenting.

Good evening, @qleg
That happens to me too — I close all Google pages related to Enedis and try again, and sometimes it takes a while to load.

Do you have a particular browser? A Chrome extension (adblock) that could be causing problems?

Any errors in the browser logs at Enedis?

Sorry, it’s all happening on their side in this case, but since you are the only ones affected, it’s not a general issue I can debug (for me, for example, it works perfectly)

I don’t have access to your Enedis account. Your Gladys Plus account works perfectly, and I get an error during the Enedis synchronization indicating that there is no consent at Enedis. So it’s on Enedis’s side

Good evening, @pierre-gilles
I suspected that, because as I showed you on my Enedis account, on the data sharing page my meter no longer appears and Enedis tells me that it is not compatible.
The problem is that customer service doesn’t know what we’re talking about. And since on their side the data is coming through fine, everything’s fine. I’ll try deleting the meter and recreating it

Well, there you go — they must have had to move things along because tonight I have my consent page, which I hadn’t seen until now:

I tried on Chrome and Firefox — both work. Now we just have to wait for the sync to finish.

After waiting 5 minutes, the data were refreshed in Gladys.

Excellent! @qleg you know what you have to do

That works for me too

Great  @BobLeNain good for you too?

I gave my consent and received an email confirmation from Enedis for sharing my daily and hourly data with Gladys for a period of 2 years. On the Enedis integration of Gladys Plus, I registered my meter identifier, started the synchronization and saw the progress.
J’ai créé un widget Conso Enedis configuré avec Enedis (Daily consumption) but I don’t see any data coming through. (Display: no recent values).
On my Enedis customer area the recording of hourly consumption is enabled for 2 years and
I have access to the daily histogram of consumption and production.
New to Gladys, am I missing something? Thanks for your help.

@Francis66 there’s a short delay before everything synchronizes.

I just checked, and all synchronization completed successfully for your account

If the data doesn’t exist locally, you can force a synchronization by clicking this button:

Let me know, but normally it should be fine for your account

I had already performed this action several times without success; I checked on the Enedis side.

Hourly data collection and recording have been enabled since 31/10/2024.

On the site I can view daily and hourly consumption and production data (represented in 30-minute intervals as a histogram).

I re-synced again, deleted and recreated the Enedis- consommation Journalière widget in histogram graph mode.

On the 24H interval it displays No values for this interval and on 7 Days the data is unusable.

That can be normal — Enedis only makes the previous day’s data available the day after, use « last 30 days » instead

For me it looks like this:

The last point on the right is December 11.

What’s the last point you have?

Thank you for your reply, the Enedis integration in Gladys is working well. I retrieved the daily consumption data. The values match Enedis’s readings; I was mistaken because I hadn’t realized that the y-axis was scaled in Wh and not in kWh and that there were no hourly data.

That’s great if it works!
