I haven’t had any updates since December 14. I have made several attempts to synchronize the meter.

For me it’s working properly again, provided it lasts

it restarted yesterday, I just did a synchronization with gladysplus (in gladysplus, not on enedis).

As for me, I had to revalidate my Enedis consent.
I don’t remember when I did it the first time. Has it been 2 years?

Wouldn’t it be possible to have a reminder or a message indicating when the consent was given or when it will need to be renewed?

Since I relaunched the Enedis app at the end of December, everything went back to normal until January 12 — it got stuck on January 12 after 3 days. I revalidated in Gladys Plus and two days later the missing days reappeared, and since then I have been retrieving the data correctly. 6 days displayed in the box
