Zigbee plug reporting issue

Good evening,

Clarification on the hardware used:

  • PC starter kit via @pierre-gilles
  • Sonoff P Zigbee dongle
  • IKEA Zigbee plug

Since yesterday afternoon my plugs no longer report consumption in real time, and sometimes the value even freezes.

Any idea how to solve this problem, please?

Washing machine is off.

Do you know how to go to the zigbee2mqtt web page?
There is a link in the zigbee2mqtt integration. It’s just to see what value is actually being read by zigbee2mqtt.

That would help us understand whether the problem is Gladys or zigbee2mqtt

Yes, I can try if you tell me exactly which information you want.

If I refresh manually, it changes, but nothing happens automatically.

Did you find the link to the Zigbee2mqtt interface?

See the example in the image below.

In the interface you click on the device that’s giving you trouble

And in the Exposes tab you’ll find all the data for your plug.

You can check from there whether the information is correct.

If I manually update the information, it’s correct, but otherwise it isn’t.

the state of my hardware outputs this just in case:

{
« current »: 0.12,
« energy »: 1.4,
« linkquality »: 102,
« power »: 13.1,
« power_on_behavior »: « previous »,
« state »: « ON »,
« update »: {
« installed_version »: 33816645,
« latest_version »:

Even in the zigbee2mqtt app you have to refresh? Weird though

Which browser are you using?

yes I need to refresh too but I just saw that my outlets are marked as disabled, maybe that’s where it’s coming from?

Google Chrome

No, it’s an option to check the availability of your devices and here in your case the option is Disabled.

In my opinion it’s more of a connection problem with your dryer’s plug. Because with an LQI of 0, the plug and your dongle are having trouble communicating

You should consider moving your dongle, placing it further away from the Wi‑Fi antennas…

The problem is that I’m having the issue with both outlets.

Problem solved by unplugging and replugging the sockets … I’m starting to have a bad experience with IKEA

I was talking about moving the outlets, it’s simpler and above all you can move them closer to the dongle
