@pierre-gilles same issue as @Psoy If I enter my email address I end up on the management page of my Gladys Plus account.
I can enter another email address but will you be able to find it?
My subscription will be renewed on May 2, 2025.
Rather than a refund, if you could push back the expiration date, that would suit me very well.
Ok, put another email address, send me the address in private and Iâll add 1 year to the first account
