As planned, resuming tests today with a Sonoff ZBD-Dongle-P dongle :slight_smile:

Ok, the fix was pretty simple for this dongle! :slight_smile:

Instead of leaving the « adapter » field empty, the default is now « zstack » to stay on the old adapter as in 1.42.0.

Migration tested in a real setup from an installation gladysassistant/gladys:v4 → gladysassistant/gladys:upgrade-zigbee2mqtt-to-2.x

Everything works perfectly :white_check_mark:

For me, we’re good to go to production!

For info on this point, during the migration, Zigbee2mqtt copies the old configuration to a backup YAML file.

I tested it, and if I restore the previous version of Zigbee2mqtt, it works.

Done, it’s merged into master :rocket:

Objective: I’m going to push a build to the tag gladysassistant/gladys:dev and I’ll deploy it to my production (which runs on a Sonoff ZBD-Dongle-P)

I have quite a few devices so I’ll see if I notice any regressions, but in principle everything should work!

Migration completed on my production (40 Zigbee devices!)

Everything seems to be working, I’ll let it run for a few days and next week we’ll take stock :slight_smile:

Development ran smoothly on my end for a week; I suggest we deploy this to production next week :slight_smile:

If you’re going to be away from home next week and would like to be there at the time of the migration, you can temporarily disable Watchtower locally during your absence! (docker stop watchtower)

Hello everyone,
switched to Z2M (Zigbee2MQTT) 2.5.1 for over a month and it’s been running without issues.
I’m testing 2.6.0 and I’ll report back :slight_smile:

Hello,
Quick feedback after 15 days on 2.6.1 with no reporting issues.
I’ve had a few reboots these past few days but I couldn’t determine whether it was hardware or software.
