Thanks for reminding me, it’s a known issue, which comes more from the Enedis integration than from the energy tracking itself.
Enedis actually makes the data available at somewhat random times each day, and sometimes quite late. I had planned a refresh at 11 a.m., but apparently it’s not enough: some data is published after 11 a.m.!
I will add a second refresh later in the day to make it more reliable.
If I detail, in dark gray the subscription cost, in light gray the HP cost and in blue the HC cost, except that this does not reflect reality, even though my slots are configured correctly:
What doesn’t reflect reality? Is the total cost incorrect?
I’d like as much information as possible, if possible with a comparison from another platform you use as a reference, to understand what’s not working for you
PS: I’ve moved all these questions to another specific topic!
If we look at the April consumption (monthly view), that of April 4 is completely gray (so 100% HP) whereas if in the same graph I switch to daily view and display April 4:
Regarding the graph, I also noticed the same thing. After checking, since the displayed totals are correct, one possibility is an issue with the histogram display? The HC/HP colors do not stack but mask each other.
I just realized, but on Enedis, there is no distinction between peak and off-peak hours on the display, it’s only on the Lixee that we are able to do that because the Lixee separates the consumptions into different features.
By the way, @b3n.0, what are you displaying? Is it Lixee in both cases?
@pierre-gilles I don’t know if this is important, but I think the values are not added, but rather superimposed. You can see in my previous graph that the height of the columns for a day are not identical between the two graphs.
