I have an 11 Somfy IO shutter installation, they are managed by Overkiz integration and a Somfy connectivity kit. Unfortunately, the connectivity kit disconnects at least once a day, I reset it using a Zigbee plug. Does anyone have a solution to remedy these unexpected disconnections? Thanks for your feedback
I also have this connectivity kit (for shutters, gate, and garage door) and I haven’t noticed any anomalies. However, I installed it very far from the Wi-Fi box because I read that it is sensitive to Wi-Fi interference.
For Wi-Fi interference, it’s strange because IO is on 868MHz and 2.4/5GHz for Wi-Fi.
But well, they are radio waves.

I don’t know if this kit is limited or not in terms of modules (in real life, not on the spec).
Is it disconnecting from Wi-Fi or the shutters?
I think he has 11. I have 12 and no issues.

he disconnects from the Wi-Fi (I imagine the shutters too) anyway once the Wi-Fi is disconnected you can no longer control the shutters

I have 10 modules: 8 shutters, a gate (50m away) and a garage door
I think I’ve fixed the issue. My kit was managed by my mesh Wi-Fi. I removed it from the mesh network and connected it to my router’s Wi-Fi. It hasn’t dropped for 24 hours. Could it be allergic to mesh Wi-Fi?
Depending on where your kit is located relative to your mesh access points, it may switch from one to the other without much explanation.
On equipment like Ubiquiti Unifi, you can « associate » a specific access point with a device, and then there are no more switching issues because it always stays on the same access point.
Personally, I have never used the Wi-Fi from internet boxes.
